不一样的钥匙
激活汽车不是什么复杂活，而容易激活汽车也正是制造点火钥匙的意图与目的所在。驾驶员坐进车里，转动一下钥匙，便会打开方向盘锁，再次转动钥匙，对置式汽缸发动机便开始转动，在转动过程中会有嘶哑的呼噜声传出。这些都是纯粹的机械过程，没有一点儿电子因素的参与。
如果是智能钥匙的话，那么这一切过程都有所变化。因为智能钥匙同时扮演着发送者和接受者两个角色。当口袋中装有这种智能钥匙的驾驶员靠近汽车时，钥匙的电子对接器就开始发挥作用。它和汽车互对指令、互换信息进而验证对方身份。而当这一切发生的时候，驾驶员对此是毫无察觉的，他只需要漫不经心地握住车门把手，就可以打开已经解过锁的车门。座椅会自动调整到一个符合他要求的舒适的位置。然后智能钥匙将自动调整好后视镜，把空调设置到最适宜的温度，并且把车内收音机调换到驾驶员最爱的电台频道。
