摘  要:为了研究酸雨对蔬菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,正确评估和防治酸雨给我国农业生产造成的损失提供基础的理论依据。本文以对酸雨敏感度不同的黄瓜、生 菜、小白菜三种蔬菜种子为材料进行试验,采用pH3.0、3.5、4.5的模拟酸雨处理不同抗性的蔬菜种子,以pH6.5(CK)的蒸馏水为对照。实验结 果表明:三类蔬菜种子的发芽率(势)和发芽(活力)指数,幼苗的株高、生物量和叶绿素都与PH值显著正相关。三类蔬菜的根、芽长抑制指数都与pH值显著负 相关。pH3.0-3.5的酸雨胁迫下,三类蔬菜幼苗都有不同程度的伤害。实验结果还表明:三类蔬菜种子的萌发及幼苗生长的影响随着对酸雨敏感度的不同也 有明显的差异。

Effect of Simulated Acid Rain on Seed Germination and Growth of Vegetables
Abstract: In order to study the influences of acid rain on vegetable seeds germination and seedling growth, the right evaluations, the protection and control of acid rain to get the theoretical basis that affect the production loss of agriculture. In this study, we used three kinds of different acid sensitivity vegetable seeds, cucumber, lettuce, and cabbage by simulating the seeds with PH 3.0, 3.5, 4.5 and distilled water (PH 6.5)in control. The experimental results showed that: on one hand the three types of vegetable seed germination rate (potential) and germination (energy) index, plant height, biomass and chlorophyll was significantly positively correlated with the PH value. On the other hand, the root, shoot length inhibition index had a significant negative correlation with the pH value under 3.0-3.5, so the three types of vegetable seedlings had injuries to some degree. The results also showed that there were significant differences between the types of vegetable seeds, the  germination and growth with the different acid rain sensitivity.
