不同品种烟叶调制前后非挥发性有机酸含量的研究(10000字)
摘  要：研究了云南省和福建省不同烤烟品种烘烤前后主要非挥发性有机酸含量的差异。结果表明：云南、福建不同品种间棕榈酸、亚油酸、油酸及硬脂酸四种高级脂肪 酸烘烤前后均无显著性差异，而草酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸三种主要有机酸存在极显著差异。经分析得出云南产区非挥发性多元有机酸含量较高，福建产区非挥发性多元 有机酸成分含量相对较低。

Different Varieties of Tobacco Modulation and Non-volatileAcid Content of Research
Abstract：Study of different flue-cured tobacco varieties in Yunnan Province and Fujian Province before and after baking the major differences between non-volatile organic acids. The results showed that: Yunnan, Fujian different varieties palmitic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid and stearic acid before and after baking the four high-level fatty acid were not significantly different, and oxalic acid, malic acid, citric acid, organic acids exist three main pole significant. Obtained by the analysis of non-volatile multi-producing area in Yunnan high content of organic acids, Fujian, producing organic acids of non-volatile multi-component was relatively low.
