摘  要:矮壮素(CCC)对植物的生长有着非常重要的影响,也是植物生长调节过程中重要的激素之一。本研究目的在于探讨矮壮素与其对照处理的苎麻茎秆蛋白表达的调控机制。选取湘苎2号作为实验材料,通过矮壮素和蒸馏水对照处理,观察与记录苎麻茎秆生长情况,然后将处理后的湘苎2号纤维进行各组分含量的测定以及蛋白质的提取和电泳。结果显示矮壮素能稍微放缓植物的生长,同时使得植物的木质素和脂蜡质含量有所升高。本研究为阐明矮壮素与苎麻生长之间的关系能够提供更多的信息。

The Regulation of Protein Expression by GA Blocking Agent CCC Treatment
Abstract: Cycocel (CCC) has a significant effects on plant growth, also is one of the most important hormones in plant regular growth. This study aimed to explore the effects on protein expression of ramie between CCC treatment and distilled water. The ramie variation of Xiangzhu 2 was selected as experimental material. The growth of the stems was observed and recorded after sprayed by CCC solution and distilled water once a week for 8 times. Then we used chemical methods to examine the components in filaments of Xiangzhu 2 ramie variation, meanwhile extracted and examined its protein by Gel electrophoresis. The results showed that CCC treatment can slow down the growth of ramie stem and increase the contents of lignin and adipocere in its filaments. This study may provide information to further study the relationships between the CCC and ramie.
