桑叶水提物对I型糖尿病小鼠的治疗作用研究

摘  要:为了研究桑叶水提物对I型糖尿病小鼠血糖、体重、血清中SOD活性、肾组织病理变化和肝组织病理变化的影响,采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立糖尿病小鼠模型。取健康昆明系小鼠60只,随机分为6组,即正常组,STZ模型组,二甲双胍组,桑叶水提物(200 mg/kg、500 mg/kg、1 g/kg剂量组)+STZ组,连续灌胃4周。实验结果表明,桑叶水提物不仅可显著降低糖尿病小鼠血糖和缓解糖尿病小鼠体重下降的症状,还能有效改善糖尿病小鼠的抗氧化能力、肾组织病理变化和肝组织病理变化。说明桑叶水提物对STZ诱导的糖尿病小鼠具有治疗作用。

Study on the effect of water-extract from mulberry leaves on type 1 diabetic mice
Abstract: This study aimed to observe the effects of water-extract from mulberry leaves on blood glucose, weight, superoxide dismutase activity, pathological changes of kidney tissue and pathological changes of hepatic tissue induced by STZ in mice with diabetes. 60 healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups, the normal group, STZ model group, metformin group, water-extract from mulberry leaves(200 mg/kg, 500 mg/kg, 1 kg/kg dose) + STZ group, intragastrically 4 weeks. The results showed that water-extract from mulberry leaves not only reduced blood glucose in diabetic mice and relieved the symptoms of body weight loss, but also effective to improved the antioxidant capacity, pathological changes of kidney tissue and pathological changes of hepatic tissue. It is suggested that water-extract from mulberry leaves shows treatment effects on STZ-induced diabetes in mice.
