摘  要
本文首先简要的描述了冲压模具在社会发展领域中的作用及其以后的发展方向点明了模具设计的重要意义。然后根据零件图进行工艺分析，进而确定了工艺方案，计算出了模具工作部分的尺寸，设计出工作零件；再根据设计要求选择出各个标准件，最后设计了模具总装配图。在设计中最重要的就是设计方案的确定，坯料的计算和工作零部件的设计，这是设计的关键，这些设计的正确与否直接关系到设计成本的高低以及设计的模具能否正常的工作。
为了使我的设计更加简明易懂，在设计过程中，我用ＡtoCAＤ软件画出了十几张零件图，是对具体文字的一个说明。最后画出落料、冲孔－拉深复合模具的装配图一张和工作零件的零件图８张。

This text the synopsis describes to hurtle to press the molding tool first after society develop the function in the realm and it of development design.Then carry on the craft analysis according to the spare parts diagram, then made sure the craft project, computing the size of the molding tool work part, design a work spare parts;Request to choose each standard piece of according to the design again, designed the total assemble diagram of molding tool finally.The most important in the design is to design the project to really settle, the calculation that anticipate and work zero  designs of the partses, this is the key of design, these design of right or not the molding tool that relate to design the cost directly high and low and design can work normally;At the end that design, tally up at design the process center to get and realize, the everyone who thank me guides the teacher.
My design for make more JIAN3 MING2 understands easily, in design process, I drew with the Ａ toCA  Ｄ software more than ten spare parts diagram, is to an elucidation of concrete literalness.Draw to fall to anticipate finally, the blunt bore － pulls one 8 spare parts figures of the piece and work spare parts of the assemble figure of the deep compound molding tool.
