时间竞争条件下的企业成本管理研究(15000字)
摘  要：通过对传统企业成本管理的观念、制度、核算方法、成本管理的手段四个方面的研究，发现传统企业成本管理上的一些不足之处，而且已经分析得出结论：时间竞争条件下时间与成本的关系是双赢的。所以本文针对传统企业成本管理在这四个方面存在的一些问题提出转变企业成本管理的观念的策略，建立健全企业成本管理的制度的策略，改善企业成本核算的策略，优化企业成本管理手段的策略。这些策略能够在理论上解决传统成本管理的不足，具体在某一个企业中去实施，还需要更为深入的针对性的研究才能取得成效。

Corporate Cost Management under Time-based Competition
Abstract：Through research on four aspects of traditional corporate cost management, i.e. concept, system, cost management, this thesis finds some deficiencies of traditional corporate cost management, and concludes upon analysis that under time-based competition there is a win-win relation between time and cost. In order to solve these problems in traditional corporate cost management, this thesis presents the strategy of changing the concept of corporate cost management, the strategy of establishing and sophisticating the system of corporate cost management, the strategy of improving corporate cost accounting, the strategy of product delay, the strategy of optimize enterprise cost management means. Theoretically such strategy can solve the deficiencies of traditional corporate cost management, however, in respect of implementation in a specific enterprise, further relevant research is required so that they can take effect.
