摘  要：随着社会经济高速的发展，越来越多的新财富人群涌现出来，他们对于住房的要求也变得越来越高。传统意义上的住房已经渐渐满足不了需求。而这样的一种需求只有别墅才能胜任。但是目前我国的别墅设计非常肤浅、盲目，使得人们对别墅的本质产生误解更是造成了本土文化内涵的丢失。因此，对别墅进行深层次的中国风设计，对于中国文化的传承与发扬也起到了积极的推进作用。本案对业主别墅室内的设计风格定位为现代中国风,既以现代风格为主，加以少量的中国元素，通过现代的材料与手法修改传统设计中的各元素，并在此基础上进行必要的演化和抽象。

Abstract: With the rapid economic development of society, more and more people are become very rich. Their demands for house have become more ang more higher. Traditional house has not satisfy the needs of most people. Most of them want their house can satisfy the requirements of an quality life. They can only be qualified with villas. But the current design of the villa is very shallow, blind pursuit of large, ho, expensive, European and American luxury line, make people misunderstand the nature of the villa is causing the loss of local cultural content. Therefore, the deep-level villa style design in China, the Chinese cultural heritage and carrying forward also played a positive role in promoting.
