摘    要
南京纺织品国际贸易公司近年来所面临的环境发生了深刻的变化,如世界经济一体化、区域化、集团化日趋明显,贸易自由和贸易保护的迅猛发展,我国己经加入了WTO,纺织品配额取消等等。这些变化不仅为公司带来许多机遇,同时更为公司的生存和发展带来了挑战。
本文在调查研究的基础上,从南纺的具体情况入手,讨论目前它所面临的国际、国内环境以及环境的变化对公司业务的影响,进而以波特的钻石理论四个基本要素为理论基础,具体分析了公司的竞争优势与劣势,并对其进一步发展提出一些战略构想和措施,建议公司加快运行体制和机制的改革、生产高附加值产品、发展品牌战略、大力推进技术创新。这些战略措施力求具有现实意义。

Abstract
In recent years, some changes have taken place in the world economy, such as economic integration, regionalization, corporate grouping, free trade as well as trade protectionism, together with China's accession to the WTO, canceling on textile quota,they have pose a great challenge to NanJing Textiles Import & Export International Trade Company’s survival and development ,While bringing about many developing opportunities to it .
Based on investigation and research , this paper start with the company’s general business situation, discuss the new changes in the environment as well as their impact on the company’s business. And then It analyzed the competitive advantage and disadvantage of the company, based on Porter’s theory of competitive advantages, and pointed out the measurement that should be taken. It suggested that the company can accelerate the reform of mechanism and operating system, make more high-value-added products, develop brand strategy and vigorously promote technological innovation. I hope the strategy and measures could be with realistic meaning.
