试论世界粮食贸易格局及我国粮食贸易政策选择(11900字)
摘  要：中国作为农业大国，加入WTO后，农业的市场化和国际化也是一个不可逆转且不断深入推进的过程，在此背景下，我国的粮食贸易在较长的时间面对巨大挑 战。本文首先通过分析了世界粮食贸易格局形成的原因，针对我国农业在国际市场竞争力进行全面的分析。然后，探寻了我国粮食贸易国际竞争力不强的原因。最后 得出结论，并从技术创新、结构性调整、健全机制等角度，为我国粮食贸易政策的选择提供了依据。

 Study on the World Food Trade Patterns and Our Country’s Options on Grain Trade Policy
Abstract: China, as an large agricultural nation, after its joining in the WTO, the agricultural marketization and internationalization is also an irreversible and unceasingly thorough advancement process, and under this background, our country's grain trade will face a great challenge in a long run. Through analyzing the reasons for the formation of the world grain trade pattern, this article firstly has carried on a comprehensive analysis in view of China’s agriculture competitive power in the international market. Then, this article has inquired about the reasons for our country grain trade’s weak international competitive power. Finally it has come the conclusion, and provides evidence for China’s choice of grain trade policy from aspects like technological innovation, constitutive adjustment and perfect mechanism.

（一）研究意义
加 入世贸组织以后,我国经济正迅速融入经济全球化大潮。而中国作为农业大国，在国际的双重竞争大背景下，我国粮食贸易将长期面临较大的挑战，因此我国农业必 须加速组织结构转换,提高营销水平才能在日益激烈的国际竞争中占有一席之地,这也就是农产品的国际竞争力问题。因此，研究粮食的贸易格局以及变化规律，分 析不同类型国家的贸易竞争力和贸易策略，制定正确的农业结构调整战略，确保经济贸易过程中的粮食安全，通过探析世界目前粮食的格局才能更好的对我国粮食贸 易政策的选择提供依据，对我国经济持续发展具有重大的战略意义。
