扶桑绵粉蚧生物学特性

摘  要:本文测定了扶桑绵粉蚧(Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley)若虫孵化时间与温度变化关系,扶桑绵粉蚧若虫孵化率与温度变化关系,扶桑绵粉蚧若虫历期与温度变化关系及扶桑绵粉蚧雄雌虫分化与温度变化关系。结果显示,扶桑绵粉蚧若虫孵化时间与温度升高成反比,随温度由15℃-30℃逐渐升高,若虫完全孵化时间由4h减少到3h;扶桑绵粉蚧若虫孵化率与温度升高成正比,若虫孵化率由80.00%增加到96.66%;扶桑绵粉蚧若虫历期与温度升高成反比,若虫历期总天数由32d减少到19d;扶桑绵粉蚧雄虫占虫口数百分比与温度升高成正比关系,雄虫占虫口数百分比由0.00%增加到6.89%。

biological characteristics of Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley
Abstract: This article has determined the nymphae hatching time and the temperature change relations, nymphae hatching rate and the temperature change relations, nymphae experience time and the temperature change relations, male differentiation and the temperature change relations of Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley. The result showed that Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley nymphae hatching time and temperature increment are in reverse proportion, by 15℃-30℃ elevates gradually along with the temperature, the nymphae hatches the time reduce from 4h to 3h; nymphae hatching rate and temperature increment are proportional, the nymphae hatching rate increases from 80.00% to 96.66%; nymphae experience time and temperature increment are in reverse proportion, the nymphae experience time total number of days reduces from 32d to 19d; Male and female differentiation and temperature increment is proportional the relations, by 15℃-30℃ elevates gradually along with the temperature, Male accounting from 0.00% to increase 6.89% of the total.
